riddance to everything that hinders
the sin that easily engulfs
let us stand with perseverance
against the spirits of this world
let us fix our eyes upon Christ
the author and perfector of faith
who for the joy set before Him
endured the cross scorning its' shame
consider Him who endured such opposition
so that you will not grow weary
in our battle against the spririts of this world
God will prevail
strengthen our feeble arms and our weak knees
for we will know that suffering
produces perseverance
and blessed are the persecuted
